Samuel matriculated to UNC-Charlotte and UNC-Chapel Hill where he earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees respectively. Since being in Charlotte, Samuel has gained experience in across-the-table business negotiations. He owned a business for 13 years and through this, Samuel has over 200 negotiated transactions with a wide range of businesses in Charlotte and delivered high level of returns to his customers.
On his first real estate transaction in Charlotte, Samuel was able to acquire a property north of uptown Charlotte for fifty thousand below list price and within was able to have the home sold for double the price paid for it. Samuel's belief when it comes to real estate is that money is made on the buy. He works diligently to ensure his clients get a fair price on their property so that their goal and dreams can come to fruition.
